If you purchase the coverage, they will charge you a $30 activation fee when you are ready to use it. Also if you just want to change your prescription with that coverage, they will not change the lenses to your original frames. And will instead offer you a credit where you will have to pay sales tax again. This was also annoying as they did not carry a pair I actually liked, like my original frames. I was quite annoyed with this whole coverage process.

I really appreciated all of the options to help with lenses. I'm trying lenses that aren't polycarbonate for the first time, because I want to see if the weight of newer ones might help them slide less! I'm excited to have a blue light filter in my glasses for the first time as well. The one thing I would change is I would prefer to be able to actually virtually try on the frames, all I would get was a loading screen. Overall, a great experience!

I have bought several pairs of glasses from GlassesUSA, the reason is they haven’t disappointed yet. My progressive prescription has been perfect, the frames have been able to be adjusted by me at home, and the price has allowed me to buy more than one pair per new prescription. Highly recommend!

I first received my original order but received an empty package. When talking to customer service one of the representatives suggested I asked my neighbors or check if I misplaced the package as it says it was delivered when I specifically told them I received the package inside my mailbox with no products inside and the package was open. A courier even wrote a note on the side that they received the package with no products before delivering it. I submitted all the proof before this interaction. I finally got my replacement order which arrived a day late and incorrect. My original order had upgraded transition lenses that were already paid for but I received original lenses. I was told I would be able to request my upgraded lenses and ask for an exchange for the frames but haven’t gotten a response back from an actual representative confirming the exchange.

I’d like to just see what I specifically was asking for. I only wanted to see the clip on. Even though it initially shows them, I didn’t need to see the other ones. I bought 2 and I thought I was going to get a BOGO, but I didn’t see that option. It wasn’t clear to me or I just didn’t look well enough. I’d still like to get the least expensive one free. Overall there was a decent amount of choices and options. It was nice to virtually try on glasses.
