I recieve mutiple text messages of discounts and when i finally decide to use one of the coupons i recieved i couldnt use jsut because i have my insurance covering the payment. Insurance is not a discount.

I really like your discounts BOGOFREE. I play many sports and naturally go thru glasses. The one thing was my request for cancellation of order could have been avoided had I been able to EDIT the order and insert my prescription. There was nowhere "obvious" where I could have added my prescription. Could us more options for sport glasses, like the ones I have ordered in the past. FYI, I tell all of my tennis and pickleball friends to order their sport glasses from GlassesUSA!!! Thank you.

I felt misled by 50% off promotion. I was trying to use it and it would not let me for 2 pairs that were the same size, price and detail upgrade. Finally I thought I was buying one pair for $35. and it ran my card through for ($200. Plus), so I got scammed immediately. Not happy about this.
