Wide array of glasses, options, cool features. I'm not sure about now, since I didn't give it a try but, the app frickin sucks. The website already heats your phone up like crazy, the app doesn't even launch. Mind you it's been like a year since I last tried to use it.

Great site, easy to use. Virtual try on is great. Good deals, and easily apply. I made a purchase before and was easily able to use my store credit today along with a sale. I was offered an upgrade to receive sunglasses too for my same prescription which was amazing and a nice surprise. I feel valued as a customer and feel that I received a great deal! Certainly a better deal than purchasing at the eye doctor.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and one of them fits really well, but the other pair keeps falling down my nose. I'm so swamped/busy I haven't had a chance to do anything about it and of course the time has passed to do anything, so I'll just keep them as a secondary pair. First time buying them online, but I do prefer going to a store for the fit.
