First time using the site. I will know better when I receive glasses if the site accurately presents product. The experience was fun. Two issues I faced: I could not pull up the correct item by name on the website's search when I was trying to narrow down my choices. Second, I tried to purchase a recommended addition that would create a thinner lens, but the site did not react to me pressing the box, so I skipped it. I should add, too, that there were far too many ads and discount coupons during the checkout process. That was confusing. All these are small compared to the very satisfactory and enjoyable experience I had.

I have purchased from this website before, and have always been satisfied with my purchases. I had an eye exam last November, purchased a much more expensive pair of glasses from them, and lost them not long afterwards! Very upset that, but happy that I can purchase from GlassesUSA now for a much, much better price!

I like the wide range of frames to choose from. I also like that you can try the frames on and take a photo. The prices are much better then buying from your optometrist's office. This is my second purchase from Glasses USA.

The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The filters work effectively, and products are displayed in a way that makes shopping easy. The selection of coupons offered was outstanding, it would have been nice to know the specs on what the insurance50 coupon could be used on, as it wasn’t eligible for anything I looked at.

Overall, the ordering experience was very good and the website was easy to use. One suggestion: on the final prescription verification screen, the dual PD values were displayed without clearly labeling which value was for the left eye and which was for the right eye. Since PD accuracy is critical, I had to go back and double-check that my numbers hadn't been reversed. Adding clear "Left" and "Right" labels on the final review screen would make customers much more confident before placing their order.

The automatic coupon added to the total was a bit clumsy. I wanted to use another coupon (BOGOFREE) but the checkout wouldn't let me. It did offer another coupon (SAVE50) which was good but it took me 3 tries to get that one to work.

I came to the site based on a Google imagine search of glasses tried on in store. The specific brand was Tag Heuer Drive Acetate eyeglasses but the website did proved an adequate substitution with the Addis set. The online fitting room option was a huge help! My son knew right away those were the ones. Made the experience easy.
