Agent was wonderful and did her very best to help. However, call last 30+ minutes because she was not aware of the policy for subscriptions (cannot subscribe if both eyes are not the same Rx). Your customer service should be made aware of any rules and exceptions affecting purchases/orders. That one simple fact would have cut the call down to 2 minutes!

I made my first purchase as a backup for my prescription glasses. They actually fit better and work just as well. I did have some trouble using the virtual try on feature but it's not a make or break.

I've purchased glasses from Glasses USA multiple times but this time the frames of the glasses I choose felt very cheap. Almost flimsy very thin material even the designer ones I choose from vogue felt very cheaply made I'm unsatisfied with the purchase but I hate the returning process
