The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The filters work effectively, and products are displayed in a way that makes shopping easy. The selection of coupons offered was outstanding, it would have been nice to know the specs on what the insurance50 coupon could be used on, as it wasn’t eligible for anything I looked at.

Overall, the ordering experience was very good and the website was easy to use. One suggestion: on the final prescription verification screen, the dual PD values were displayed without clearly labeling which value was for the left eye and which was for the right eye. Since PD accuracy is critical, I had to go back and double-check that my numbers hadn't been reversed. Adding clear "Left" and "Right" labels on the final review screen would make customers much more confident before placing their order.

The automatic coupon added to the total was a bit clumsy. I wanted to use another coupon (BOGOFREE) but the checkout wouldn't let me. It did offer another coupon (SAVE50) which was good but it took me 3 tries to get that one to work.

I came to the site based on a Google imagine search of glasses tried on in store. The specific brand was Tag Heuer Drive Acetate eyeglasses but the website did proved an adequate substitution with the Addis set. The online fitting room option was a huge help! My son knew right away those were the ones. Made the experience easy.

I kept having to go back and the price kept changing. The offers changed. Some of the glasses I wanted to try had n didn’t work. I have a very small face so need to buy kid glasses but I can’t get progressive or bifocals.

Code confusion

I was sent two codes for a refund but I didnt know it was 2 codes I thought it was one big code. There should be something in the email to let you know to copy the codes separately also I already had discounts in my code discounts and since you can only have three when I applied the two codes y'all sent me for my refund it knocked out one of my other codes that ended up costing me more money to buy the glasses because I could only apply the refund code and one additional code instead of being able to apply three discount codes so it took $50 off of my code and charged me additional money in the end I should have been able to apply the refund code separately then my discount codes

Everything was great with selection and ordering. The only negative thing was with expedited shipping. It didn't make it by the paid for date. There was no information on who to contact for help in receiving a refund. I love my frames but I am having a hard time adjusting them, that may be a drawback to ordering glasses online. I did just order my second pair because the prices are great!
