The item editing process is fine it’s straightforward, but the home page is ugly and has to many promo pop ups. The assistance chat button is in a bad location for the mobile website.

i didnt like that not all glasses were able to "try on". I also was inclined to try you because it was recommended by my coworker and there was a clear return policy mentioned everywhere.

The web site ordering is messy and does not flow well. I have had issues in the past with it accepting a new prescription and had to send it in separately but it was never logged in my profile so I am apprehensive about getting the right prescription.

I recieve mutiple text messages of discounts and when i finally decide to use one of the coupons i recieved i couldnt use jsut because i have my insurance covering the payment. Insurance is not a discount.

I really like your discounts BOGOFREE. I play many sports and naturally go thru glasses. The one thing was my request for cancellation of order could have been avoided had I been able to EDIT the order and insert my prescription. There was nowhere "obvious" where I could have added my prescription. Could us more options for sport glasses, like the ones I have ordered in the past. FYI, I tell all of my tennis and pickleball friends to order their sport glasses from GlassesUSA!!! Thank you.
