I have never ordered glasses online before because I can be a bit picky with how they fit and look on my face. I liked that it was free shipping and free returns so I figured why not try it. So I ordered prescription glasses and sunglasses. Unfortunately, I was not fond of sunglasses and one pair of regular glasses, Unfortunately both of those glasses just didn’t go with my face frame. Also one kept sliding off my face too. But I was able to return them and get a refund. It was super nice and easy! I absolutely recommend GlassesUSA.

It was horrible to figure out how to remove an item from the cart. Make the site easier to scan the user and then while your locked in with the scan... then be able to navigate to all the different frames then colors for each frame if necessary. simplify the users navigation to a successful purchase will allow more sales.

I had issues adding my RX chatted with 6 representatives and still had to just navigate and figure it out on my own. The 4th or 5th rep gave me an extra discount, the 6th did not so I did not receive I have now received and email saying my RX is needed, one that says it was received and a 3rd that says it was not.
