It was good a good experience ordering through glasses, USA I could try on most of the glasses virtually. And the prescription is right on. It’s perfect. The only thing is what I chose was not a good fit for me. The lenses are not dark enough and that is my mistake not glasses USA so I will be returning them and buying another pair through them because I think the prescription is excellent, service was excellent and delivery was much quicker than I expected

My address ( p.o. box number was wrong ) My zip oder was wrong, which caused a delay in getting my glasses. When I got my glasses ,the lenses were wrong, I orded o progress lenses but they were bi-focals. Not being able to talk to a customer service person was very frustrating. Wish I could write something better....very sorry,

I had ordered a pair of youth glasses and had to reorder, even after I confirmed that my kids' prescription was indeed what I had entered and ordered on the site. Then I spoke to a chat assistant and they said, they had reordered it & now that Im back on, it never happened. Pretty frustrating and we needed them for School and the original ones ordered were suppose to be here a month ago. Usually love ordering from here but this was a bit frustrating. If you could rush the glasses, that'd be amazing!

The selection is great but not having any models in the photos makes it hard to decide on a frame. My biggest issue is that you guys don’t include total width of the frame so you have to guess by adding distances and assuming for hinge width. That being said the selection is unmatched

I was looking for glasses that fit my face and weren't too long. They are my back up pair because I missplaced my others. I do like glasses USA; I just wish that there was a better selection of men's, unisex, and women's glasses that actually look good on my face. Also, the app was difficult and not user-friendly, as was the app on the webpage. I really like glasses USA, and I do plan on buying glasses again in the future. However, theses issues need to be resolved before I do.

I ordered glasses on July 9th and did not receive then until August 3rd. The phone contact system is awful. It is impossible to talk to a live agent.During a chat, I was told it takes 6 days to make the glasses. 6 days later I was told it would be 6 more days. The 5 or 6 days to receive the glasses. Will not refer anyone.
