Overall, my experience with the website today was good. The site is easy to navigate and product information is clear, making it simple to browse different frames. However, I noticed that some frames are not available for virtual try-on, which made it harder to visualize how they would look before purchasing. Agent was wonderful and did her very best to help. However, call last 30+ minutes because she was not aware of the policy for subscriptions (cannot subscribe if both eyes are not the same Rx). Your customer service should be made aware of any rules and exceptions affecting purchases/orders. That one simple fact would have cut the call down to 2 minutes!

I made my first purchase as a backup for my prescription glasses. They actually fit better and work just as well. I did have some trouble using the virtual try on feature but it's not a make or break.

The live chat was worthless and time-consuming, but that's what you get from a chatbot. Your site is rich and readily navigable. I've bought several pairs of glasses over the past 10 years. I was hoping to buy a 2nd pair today - sunglasses, but my chatbot could not handle that request, - I think it was Ottoto Gable? Anyway, I would have liked to pick those up too.

The website froze up a few times. Other than that the AI find glasses was useful. Your search perimeters are easy and helpful to find glasses in my size.
