It was easy for me to build my order. Only instance I had issue with was having different descriptions of SIZE, based on my last order of the same glasses, just different color. I had a technical issue when trying to complete my online order. The CONTINUS button going from shipping to Payment would not respond. As always I reached out through the chat tab and got help from a live person, that remedied my tech issue and created a new link for my ordered, and I completed it with ease after that.I have been ordering from your site for a better part of ten years.

First order was was wrong due to an oversite on your part. Was told by the phone representative once I scanned the return product, my new glasses would be started. This didn't happen, you waited until you received the incorrect product before production was started. This only prolonged the issue. Once my new glasses arrived, they are cheap quality, scared to clean them because they may fall apart, prescription still isn't correct. Stuck with $700 garbage after 3 weeks of waiting in total. Highly disappointed in quality.

I still have store credit but I ordered these glasses. It was pretty easy order in these glasses but it's always been difficult getting a hold of somebody I've been ordering glasses for many years it's just pain in the ass when you can't talk to somebody about your issue.

This was my second order. The first pair was covered by my healthcare plan (UHC) and was perfect. This second pair was for sunglasses using transition lenses. I avoided progressive lenses due to the wxpense since the second pair was out of pocket. That is my only disappointment. They are OK for driving, but I cannot read with them. My bad. Next time I’d suck it up and go with progressive transition lenses. I also noticed my bridge distance is one number more than my first pair and the temple length is 5 numbers longer. I’m not sure how that happened.

I was really happy with the very first pair of glasses I bought from GlassesUSA. I tell everyone to give you a try. I'm not sure if anybody has actually tried them, but I tell them you won't be disappointed. I only wish you carried wide glasses in the rimless style for wide faces like mine. I have the Revel Dwayne rimless. I really love them. Last time I bought rimless glasses, I think I paid around $300. The prescription was spot on and the quality is excellent. I really can't say enough about how thankful I am that GlassesUSA delivers a quality product for a great price.

Ensuring you're getting the right size is important. It seems like there should be a good way to measure during the virtual try on process and then verify that the customer orders glasses that match the measurements, like would happen in a storefront.

I was always very satisfied with Zenni glasses and thought I was ordering from the same company. I was disappointed with my glasses from GlassesUSA. They seem of lesser quality and are ill-fitting. I had to take them to a real eyeglass store for adjustment, but they could not even get them to fit properly and not fall off my face. Oh well, live and learn. The cost of ad-one is not shown on the ordering process therefore a $50 pair of glasses ended up costing much more than I expected and , of course, this is intentional but I think poor business practice.
