I received my order after 14 days when I paid $13 for the expedited shipping my order was a total of $77 I wore the glasses twice before they broke I fought with glasses USA for 3 Days and I still don't know if I will get the refund. But I'm not sending the glasses back until I do get the refund. Customer services lousy they're rude they didn't understand what you were trying to say they don't let you finish the sentence when you're trying to talk to them tell me what's going on and hang up on you there's no corporate phone number only the customer service number I will never order from glasses USA again

Website problematic for two orders: one place 5 days ago and again today. In spite of those problems I came. In both cases I had to use the CHAT, which was also problematic, although the reps tried their best, the core problems were with the website, so I don't blame them for poor performance.
