The live chat was worthless and time-consuming, but that's what you get from a chatbot. Your site is rich and readily navigable. I've bought several pairs of glasses over the past 10 years. I was hoping to buy a 2nd pair today - sunglasses, but my chatbot could not handle that request, - I think it was Ottoto Gable? Anyway, I would have liked to pick those up too.

The website froze up a few times. Other than that the AI find glasses was useful. Your search perimeters are easy and helpful to find glasses in my size. Uploading a photo to try on glasses was useful. Discount code I received via email was very helpful. I am always shop for extra glasses on this site.

On my first order you let me checkout and say my order is being prepared only to say they are out of stock. I shouldn't of been able to order them if they were not in stock which sucks and to only give me a 25$ credit for the inconvenience, which i dont thint is enough you should give 150$ credit because its your fault saying they were in stock.
