Your site is terrible. I attempted to buy 2 pair yesterday and it failed to let me. I loast a $29 Discount! The online chat completely failed when your asgent asked to my cart number. I had to have the same chat with a 2nd agent - Sandra Roth, she was better but failed to deliver on the extra $10 discount promised. The chat window is to big and died when I attempted to move it. I tried to get to a live p[erson on the Phone call method, but fail to get a live person twice.

pretty easy. alot easier than I experenced on other sites. relatively straightforward. me personally. I prefer prices baked in such as faster shipping but you can deduct X dollars if you use slower shipping. Id also prefer that once the prescription is entered, it shows me cheapest price - max price and i can pick and choose options which changes price within that range.

I like that thr ite hasnt changed much over the last several years. So I learned the site about 10 years ago, and its still super easy for me to use. I love the virtual try on! It literally is what sells your product...it truly mimics the experience of trying on glasses at a brick and mortar location, looking in a mirror, but without the hassle, very quickly, and without a sales person who may or may not be the best opinion. Can even take pics of the virtual and send it to your friends for input! Truly great...can't wait to receive my product, and I only bought a 'basic' pair to help with driving, distance, etc., but as my needs continue to change, I am definitely going to be back to see other options, sunglasses, etc.

I wish I had bought a wire frame. You can adjust them much better than plastic, but my last two pair were wire, and I wanted a change. Plastic not as comfortable, stiff, and afraid of breaking them if I do too much bending.

I have never ordered glasses online before because I can be a bit picky with how they fit and look on my face. I liked that it was free shipping and free returns so I figured why not try it. So I ordered prescription glasses and sunglasses. Unfortunately, I was not fond of sunglasses and one pair of regular glasses, Unfortunately both of those glasses just didn’t go with my face frame. Also one kept sliding off my face too. But I was able to return them and get a refund. It was super nice and easy! I absolutely recommend GlassesUSA.
