I ordered the wrong prescription, they took the glasses back and remade them correctly, then a pair broke and i sent them back and got store credit for a new pair. They have been great, even when it was my error!

The web site ordering is messy and does not flow well. I have had issues in the past with it accepting a new prescription and had to send it in separately but it was never logged in my profile so I am apprehensive about getting the right prescription.
