I had to buy these because the 1st pair wasn't right. The transition is only about 5% transition. No sun protection. My worst issue with GlassesUSA is trying to communicate with a rep to resolve a problem. Your AI is total garbage, and that's being nice. It can't answer a simple question. You have a call number that isn't much better. The first 3 times I called I could NOT get a real human on the phone. Was always directed to go to the website and let your wonderful (not really) AI help me. It took me quite a bit of back and forth for the worthless AI to actually put, what I think was a real person on. And one of those real people did help by telling me when I call to hit 2 and then 2 again. But when you FINALLY do get thru to a real person at Glasses USA....I say again....USA, you speak with a person you can't understand in INDIA! I called and chatted so many hours wasted today, just to try to get a refund. To start with they would only exchange it for the exact same pair with the exact same non transitioning transition lens. After finally getting thru to the folks in India that I wanted a refund they informed me, that the billing team would reach back out to me in 2 to 3 business days, which is well into next week. I'll be on a plane to the west coast where I thought I'd get to try these new glasses. I even had express shipping, and then I receive a pair of glasses that do not darken hardly at all. I'd say about 5%. So now, after researching and asking GOOGLE, because the help at Glasses USA is completely useless, I find and am ordering the same glasses with Extractive lenses, which are grey, because Google explained that Gray Xtractive has the highest level of darkening. I hope you don't screw up this order and that you do indeed issue me a full refund for the first pair. Even on your website you falsely show the transition for the lense I chose originally. Those glasses do NOT get that dark at ALL! That is complete false advertising and a waste of my time, much like this survey, but I'm so far beyond mad now, I figure I'd leave you a comment on this survey. But know this, I'll probably never buy another pair of glasses from Glasses USA again, even if you do get the second pair right. Your follow up customer care service is so very, very BAD, no matter how good the products may or may not be, it's just not worth the hassle. By the way, I was promised 6 working days production time and I think it wound up being 11 working days. That issue pales in comparison to your extreme lack of customer service. That's all I got.
