I absolutely love my glasses and sunglasses — the frames are perfect, and I don’t want to return them. However, I made a mistake on my sunglasses order and accidentally selected non-prescription lenses when I meant to choose prescription. As soon as I received them, I tried to get in touch with someone to fix the issue.
Unfortunately, there’s no option to simply update the lenses, only to return the sunglasses entirely — which I don’t want to do. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out via chat, email, and phone, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to speak with a live person. That’s been the most frustrating part, now it’s past the 14 days.
It’s really disappointing because I love the product and just need a the lenses fixed. I wish there was a clearer path for customers who want to update lenses without losing their frames. A more accessible way to talk to a real person would make a huge difference.
