Love the selection. Love the overall experience EXCEPT:
Mobile app sucks. Login, takes me to website, login fail, it's awful. On desktop - no issues.
The selection, sorting, and options are definitely my favorite part, uploading prescription, editing prescription, using it during choosing a pair of glasses, excellent.
One issue is sizing, when entering the details of my stem details (width, diameter) and it come back with Average, wide , etc. I'm not sure if it's telling me that it's okay or if it generalizes. Meaning, I bought a pair after entering those details and I received them and they were tight, a second pair, same details fit comfortably. So either the brand/model of glasses (even after entering details) are inherently "slim" but I was able to purchase them and they turned out to be uncomfortable. I'd prefer - "these are slim, these may not fit given your entered details". Kinda like when you go on Amazon, and searching for parts for your vehicle, there's a "compatibility checker" that basically says - "This won't fit your model and year" - you can still buy it, but beware. Or flat out - this is not compatible. If I enter the details of my glasses and the model spits out "average fit" or "your measurements are wide"- that tells me....?
I appreciate the shipping information, I don't recall early on if I knew "next day" meant "after fabrication", it's implied sure, (nobody has my lenses sitting around), however, the inclusion of "It takes XX business days to process and then shipping" is helpful in setting my expectations.
