This order experience has been the worse I’ve had in a long time, if not ever. Nobody has responded to any of my emails and there is no more tracking for my package, it just never showed up. So I have paid in full and still haven’t even received an email explaining any reason, and I paid extra for fast shipping!

product on listing is not the same as what i got sent. product shows ysl y le parfum 2021 as well as image. i received 2025 version. why show a different product. contacted support the agent tried telling me that i ordered the 2025 even after i showed him screenshots. lastly i spoke to a manager he was helpful and understood my issue. still was very disappointed and sad wanted the product

Free shipping for over $50 is not very good. There should be free shipping over $20. You are responsible for the product until it is delivered. I do not like to be charged for shipping insurance.

I ordered from gift express same perfume for a few years now but my last order, I was not satisfied. The smell doesn’t stay, you can tell it’s fake. It’s no point for me to return it with all the fees that are included in the return policy. Just really unsatisfied with my purchase. They did a better job before.
