They had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It wasn't the best price on the market, but it was the only one that would have my package arrive as a gift before Father's Day. According to the shipping tracker though, the package didn't even leave the warehouse in New Jersey until TWO DAYS AFTER Father's Day! I received a call from the merchant two days after I placed my order wanting to know why my shipping and billing addresses were different. For a company called Gift Express, what a stupid question - I was buying a gift, of course!!! The day before my gift was supposed to arrive, I checked the package tracker and found it was still awaiting USPS pickup. I emailed customer service in concern and when I didn't get a response back, I emailed again two days later. I still never received any email response from customer service even after the package was finally delivered late. No apology, no explanation, no offer of partial refund, nothing.
