I went to shop at Gift Express upon suggestion from the Redolessence (Steven Gavrielatos) videos where he also mentioned a discount code: RED10 (I also tried REDTEN) but it didn't work. That was a bit disappointing and I was sad to miss out on that, but nonetheless, I placed an order. I chose to use Amazon Pay. Proceeded with order, then the Gift Express site said that Amazon Pay could not be processed. Went to check with Chase to make sure my husband hadn't made a huge purchase in the meantime, and saw that the $88 charge from Gift Express was registered as 'pending' in my account and that it had been charged. Since I did not have an order confirmation number or sent email, I called the very nice customer service agent who assured me that it was only pending and Gift Express had not received the funds. This made me feel a little better. No acceptance of the discount code and the hassle with checkout did not set a good tone, but at least the customer service was nice.
