I've always enjoyed gift Express in the past. The prices were phenomenal. The shipping was expeditious. However, something has changed but I'm not certain if it's for the better. My last order didn't seem to connect with my email account. It's like on some new system. Anyways, I ordered three perfumes, only two of which arrived. The third (the one I was looking forward to the most), was missing. However, it appeared that that was already known. It was circled on the enclosed packing slip and refund was written on the top. Yet, I was charged for all three perfumes and had no refund for the missing perfume.
I contacted customer service through the phone number. After navigating that, I was told to take pictures of the box and packing slip and then reach customer service via email for it to be handled.
So, I did that. I was told that an error was made and that there wasn't any stock remaining in the warehouse. Okay, fine.
It got resolved, my credit method got refunded.
Yet, when I go back on the website. The same perfume is still shown as available.
Gift Express dropped the ball a few times in this one transaction so I'm not quite as eager to be a returning customer as I had been.
