I requested to cancel my second order of speakers cable from an online staff. He assured me that it was ok to cancel it since I just ordered it day after. Unfortunately, the cancellation request was not facilitated and the item arrived. Aside from that, return policy is complicated because the buyer will shoulder the shipping cost of the returned item.

I never messed with speaker wire before and I ordered some GEARit CCA 12 gauge CL3 from Amazon. Well that was definitely a task of trial and serious error lol. I had one speaker that would have feedback. I redid the endeds and same thing. I switched the speakers and same thing so I thought I really messed that wire up. So I ordered from the website instead of Amazon. Come to find out, it was the receiver port not my wiring. I really like that these look more sturdy and professional, so I ordered 5 to replace all mine. I unfortunately ordered the wrong lenght so I have to return and reorder.

I was talking to my buddy who plays bass and does live sound for some local bands and I told him I needed to get some new cables. I was saying that a lot of cables don't have the longevity that they should when they're out "on the road" and that's when he mentioned the cables he had just bought from GEARit. I added it to the notes on my phone to remind myself to look in to it the next day. I ordered a 6-pack of 10FT XLR Cables at a great price and they arrived a couple days later. Tested a few of them out at a show a couple days later and they were solid! A few days later I ordered another 6-pack of 15FT XLR Cables because sometimes venues are bigger and you need more length. Those will get used at the next gig. Great cables all around!

Over 200.00 in merchandise. In 1 box with no package protection. The real of speaker wire was broke in half. The high end speaker jumpers were smashed by the speaker wire.

This is my frist purchase from GearIT.com and I would definitely purchase from them again, as well as recommend my friends to purchase from them. The product I was seeking (cat 6 direct-bury cable) was in stock, at a good price and it was going to be delivered in just a few days. I tested the product once it arrived and it exceeded my expectations. The cable is high quality, very rugged and provides the fastest network speeds I can test here at home. Great purchase.

it was good. There are too many pop-ups though. And there could be better separation and description of Products. I was looking for a non-braided cables and eventually found them. Overall nice reviews across the Internet, the only things that I can see people complain about are the banana plugs. Very fair product pricing and generous first time purchase discount.

I would not recommend purchasing from GearIT based on my experience. The product I received did not match the pictures shown in the listing, and it was not compatible with my generator as advertised. I contacted customer support regarding the issue and referenced their stated policy that they would cover return shipping when a product is misrepresented or there is misinformation on their part. Despite this, they refused to provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs. Communication was also frustrating. Customer service only responded after multiple follow-up emails, which made resolving the issue unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Between the inaccurate product listing, poor customer support, and refusal to honor their own return policy, I will not purchase from GearIT again and cannot recommend them to others.

Bought a set of banana plugs and one was missing the screw to hold the cable. After reviewing them, I got and email from customer service and they told me someone was going to resolved it. After a few weeks I made the claim and still no answer.

The merchandise pricing is fair, items are as described, and of decent quality, but you better hope there isn’t anything wrong with the merchandise because I never got a response from customer service, contacted them via phone, email, and got the run around via AI live chat.

It all went pretty smoothe. It was a bit pricey but also good quality. The delivery was a bit slow as I recall but still on time. 3-5 days of in house prep probably contributed to that. I will continue to reccomend GearIt.
