We go through a canopy replacement each year, so will not be purchasing another. We take it down every winter, and when we put it back on for spring, it rips in multiple spots. They shouldn’t need to be replaced every 8 months.

The product will not be used until spring. It is a replacement for the one which ripped beyond repair when it was taken down. I’m glad you still have one available.

It's great that a supply of the soft canvas exists for older gazebos. Quality of not as great as the original though

I purchased a replacement gazeebo cover for a Sears model that was discontinued several years ago. Garden Winds had the replacement in stock and shipped it as requested. It fit like a glove.

I have purchased the product from Garden Winds in the past, and the had the same level of satisfaction from the transaction. Yes, I would recommend Garden Winds to a friend, and would tell them just to be sure that what they ordered was indeed what was needed for their gazebo, as sizes vary.

My gazebo is quite old and it's style does not accomodate most replacement canopies; so to have found one that is right is rare this is my 3rd canopy and the current one is still in useable shape..it was an easy order as I had the box and orderder numbe of the current canopy...thanks so much if not for your company I would be force to buy a new gazebo!

I just could buy the part i needed with my credit card online, i called and the rep said it was the bank , i went to the bank and they said there are no issues...maybe its because the shipping address and billing address is different. I tried again a few days later. Again the rep tried to help but couldnt. I eventually used a different method of payment which is not the company credit card that is buying the item. quite frustrating. I know no one will read this but its theraputic to write it down. So thanks for that opportunity.

this is the fifth gazebo covering and notice they are a bit smaller than the original being replaced which makes the edges curl, especially at the corners. Each covering is taken down at the end of the summer season and put back up in the spring, and lasts about three years before the material deteriorates due to sun primarily. Good replacement and price

I contacted customer support before ordering this replacement canopy. The person on the phone was not helpful. Did not want to be talking and supporting me in the purchase of the canopy. When I ask questions he didn’t know. I ended up ordering the wrong canopy based on information he gave me Then when the product arrived it was the wrong size and when I needed to return it, I had to pay almost $40 to ship it back and then I also had to pay a additional fees from the company so this product ended up costing me over $100 and I didn’t even keep it as it was the wrong one based on their staffs direction. Not OK.

This is the 4th time I am ordering item. This item does not last may one season the hooks come away from the fabric. Last time I spoke to your customer representative they were not very nice listening to my concerns. Being a repeat customer with garden winds . You guys would have done something. I ended up paying for another canopy.

We sight was good. I have order this product 4 to 5 time. I find now it not last for long. It stated to rip at Hooke after a year. I did. Contact you custermer service they it gone over year be few months they could not any thing. For being a repeat customer garden wind my have done something.

The website experience was good and easy to navigate. The person I talked to on the phone prior to ordering was not interested in helping me. At one point I said to him "are you upset with me?" I needed him to repeat the website address to ensure I had it correct and he was frustrated and obviously didn't care about my satisfaction with his customer support call.

Order process simple. Item matched original canapy and included information item was sold by Canadian Tire, which is where we bought swing from. Good pictures of canopy and frame for comparison.
