Been with Gamefly for a couple years and so far I've only ever had 1 interaction where I was unsatisfied with service, that is until I talked with customer service who was able to help and resolve the issue quickly and professionally. I've bought less than 5 games from them so far but every interaction I've had when making a purchase has been up front about costs before even deciding to make the purchase and since I'm usually purchasing my rentals there is never any issues with shipping fees. The reason ive bought so few games is the reason ive stuck with my gamefly subscription for so long. Majority of the games ive rented ive played and when i was done was happy to send back and never play again while the games i really enjoy are the ones worth my time on my days off. Gotta say with the way games advertise today and the lack of places around me that offer rentals the way blockbuster and Hollywood video used to. Renting games shipped to you in the mail, just to figure out if they are worth your time and money or not is certainly the best option for your avarage Joe video gamer who doesn't want to spend 65 dollars on something only to find out later it's sucks and they'd just wasted their hard earned low value dollars. So unless your okay with flushing money for the sake of capitalism and consumerism... and you enjoy gaming enough to play on the few hours off you have to relax in between a hard worked week, but not enough to support the gameing industry by buying some crappy game for the sake of getting dupped by clickbait style advertising. Gamefly rentals are worth every penny.

Sometimes the shipping is incredibly slow. It also feels like Gamefly could seize the moment and really promote physical media as companies like Sony continue to attack physical media and their own consumer base.

It is pretty great. The prices seem to be better than any other place that I've looked into, and the checkout process was much more fluid. We'll definitely be shopping around more for used games on here.

I actually really like gamefly. If the cost of living wasnt so expensive these days id be willing to upgrade my subscription or purchase more from here. That said, I love that for 20 a month I can try out a game as long as I want to before deciding if ill buy it. I keep most of them for a month and a half being full time employees and full time in school so for 20 bucks, I basically get to enjoy whatever game I want and then keep it at a lower price if I want to. Hopefully my business helps enough to keep the service going. The library isnt terribly full, but theres enough modern games and some I havent played from years passed that make it still worthwhile for me. Thanks gamefly for making it relatively affordable to game in today's economy

I really enjoyed my experience with GameFly. Renting games was easy, simple, and convenient, and I had no issues finding what I wanted. The overall process was smooth, and I really like the variety of games available. I would definitely recommend GameFly to others.

It was decent. Only issue I had was my card was declining for some reason. I think when the website auto fills card info it doesn't do it correctly, tho idk if that's an issue with Google pay or the website

I love gamefly started using it for my son to play games just like I did back in 2010, once I realized gamefly is the same price as game pass on Xbox it was a no brainer, my son can play all of his consoles with gamefly, we will be a member for life.

You can rent new games to try them before you buy them. If you want to keep it... Just hit a tab and they send you the original case for the game.
