I like GameFly because it gives me the choice to try things out and then purchase them without having to go to the store but keeping the disc and then getting the box from the supplier thank you for all the years that you have let me be a customer we're going on 21 now I've been here since roughly the beginning you're a great company and hopefully the digital age doesn't take you out

I believe Gamefly provides a very good value proposition for parents but as an adult there are occasions where I know ahead of time I will not be able to play the games I rented for a couple months and during those times I'm not benefitting from the service and feel pressured to cancel. The membership rewards and the budget plan do honestly help me lean towards continuing my account but I'd really like to be able to suspend my account and auto-resume after a set period rather than simply cancelling my account and hopefully remembering I want to keep using the service after 2-6 months. Regardless thank you for keeping game rentals alive. I do love this service.

I loved the experience. I think everything is well organized, and it is easy to navigate, so I have zero complains with this website, and I am thrilled to say this: I will purchase here again :). Now, I will say this: I wish you guys had more used copies of other games since it is way more affordable for prople like me, but other than that, The website is amazing, and I love it.
