GameFly does an excellent job for video game collectors like me. Even though I don't use the rental service, I regularly purchase used games from GameFly because the quality is outstanding. Many of the games I receive are in better condition than "new" copies I've seen elsewhere, and the discounts on newer releases are hard to beat. The website is easy to use, the selection is great, and I appreciate being able to build my collection while saving money. Overall, I've had consistently positive experiences buying games from GameFly.

I like the fact that I can play the games and return. If I like it I can buy it. Nothing worse than paying $60-$100 for a game and its not good.

so far things are awesome. I had rented 2 games for almost 2 years due to some hardships and when I was finally ready to new games again still very happy with this service. Wish it was a lower price for gamelock though. other that that gamefly is awesome

The availability status of rentals in your Queue is a great feature, and the Gamelock on a pre-release are great. I bought a game and also got the game case not just the disc.

I used to use gamefly when I was a teenager and I loved it games always came on time never late they never had any scratches or damage and I love how I could rent them as long as I want thank y'all for still being here like a blockbuster

I prefer to buy new games after the launch window for the lower price. When I purchase used its for lower price but you just don't know what you may get. The few times I have purchased from gamefly I was happy with the quality of the game.. and I was very happy to learn that the case was intact.

I recommend gamefly to most of the people but the only thing is the availability in 4k movies is limited..also the price is high for 2 games or movies at the time.

GameFly is a good source of playing games without needing to buy them and spend too much. These days games cost $70 regularly and often times are only 10-20 hours and can beat it on a weekend. Makes it seem not as worth it to buy games when you can easily rent it for a cheaper price. I love the fact that you can keep the game if you so desired and at a cheaper price. That being said at times it can be a bit pricey for having 2 games at a time which is the perfect balance for when about to one game and have another one on the way so you don’t have to wait for delivery. The tracking option also could be better. I trust that the game will be shipped at a decent pace but the tracking is poor at best. One of the other cons is games tend to be hard to get a hold of. Usually the popular ones and obviously they are popular for a reason but I at least liked to be able to get one that I’d love day 1 All in all it’s a decent service to have and at least worth giving it a shot for renting one game at time to test it out

Today I made my first purchase with GameFly. I searched for "Crimson Desert PS5" on Google & the first hit I got was the GameFly website. I found the website layout to be very user friendly & on top of that, GameFly had the best price online for a physical copy of the game. The ONLY recommendation I would make (if any) would be the size of the [Rent-Here] banner on the product's page. It wasn't even an "issue" for me whatsoever, I just figured I'd mention it because it stuck out to me. My first-time experience shopping with GameFly was easy to access, easy to navigate & easy to check out. I will 100% be back to shop again.

I appreciate how flexible the products are. I just wish there were more options for older games. I also find it a bit annoying how not all games are available for keeps.
