I received two emails. One offering free delivery with a savings of $14.99 & the other offering a 20% discount. We chose the 20% off & when I checked out the shipping fee was $18.99. We were expecting the shipping charge to be $14.99.

I paid extra to have the delivery expedited and it came 2 hours after the time allotted. Then the guy that came late called and said he could not deliver to her door because he did not want to get out his car. Extremely unprofessional.

Order was delivered and didn't have the flowers in it that I wanted! This is the 2sd or 3rd time this has happened! Companies should know you can ask the recipient for pictures nowadays so they need to tell their florists to do a better job! Some of the flowers hanging over the vase were dying on delivery!! Awful looking Starburst flowers over powered the rest of the flowers. This order was for "Symphony" not a birthday or happy occasion. I don't know if Fromyouflowers is for me but I thank you. Very nice customer service and they do make things right.

The price went from $29.00 to over $60 in seconds. There’s too many fees . The shop is directly up the street from the recipient and they usually deliver near the end of the day.

A few times the flowers I ordered were not available. Then they couldn't get a local florist to deliver to the local hospital. The substitute arrangement was very nice but the order ended up being late because it had to be delivered via FedEx from New Jersey to New Hampshire. I'm glad the order was finally delivered but the customer service rep, after spelling out my male name kept responding to me as "mam" after clearly stating I am a male. I was called mam 5 times. Hopefully next time I get a different rep.
