item purchased was easy to select/ well displayed.. I had difficulty reviewing order and I had to call the phone number displayed and directed to call for assistance but after doing so the call was not positive could not understand and ear person on line plus got disconnected twice. Also, I was told that I had a $14 plus credit that I did not receive or was not able to apply not sure if it applied only to flowers (concerns customer service<discounts )

Love your service! Always have stunning arrangements at a reasonable price. Plus the loyalty credits help me purchase a grander gesture. Snack baskets have given me ‘street cred’ with family and friends. Note: ordered a basket and UPS started delivery, USPS finishing out door delivery. That would have been helpful to know when ordering. (Allow k #days for shipping.) Sent as a gesture for grieving family member. It will be well received either way. Thank you for great service & products.

I was disappointed about the choice of flowers used. Dark almost black flowers were substituted and the purpose of the purchase was to year someone up. They were happy with the arrangement, they didn’t know what I thought they would get.
