I told one other person. However, the product I ordered was arranged in a smiley face mug. The product delivered was in a mug with a star on it. The arrangement was beautiful, however. Still, I ordered it because the smiley face mug was apropos to the situation. It was delivered on time, but to a neighbor's address.

My overall experience with the site has been good. I was charged a sameday and a delivery fee, eventhough tthe delivery is begin made tomorrow at normal business hours. Can the same day delivery fee be waived?

Good web site - great pictures - easy to order I didn't care for the amount charged for shipping because I believe you will contact a florist in the area in which the flowers will be delivered. Thereby saving on the "shipping carges."

While placing this order I was redirected to a site called ShipmentProtect by Asurifi and gave my CC info. I realized too late that this was not your site. I'll probably get billed for this potential scam. But once back to your site, it was easy to navigate.

Website is easy to use pictures descriptions and theyare easy to understand. Delivery price is a little bit steep, but I understand this is just the price of doing business these days. I have come back to this flower website due to it’s easy to use user-friendly and easily to distinguish thesame-day delivery option. I normally choose the same day deliveries because I’m always behind the eight ball trying to keep up on things due to busy lifestyle.I will continue to use your company because I’m very satisfied, however, one last thing it’s hard to distinguish from the pictures the true size of a floral arrangement you’re getting. I have have been really disappointed just recently because what I assume is a nice adequate size was a dwarf of the other flowers in the room. I think the prices are fair, but the shipping cost is an issue for the normal householdaffordability and I’m sure that’s for many people. My deluxe arrangement was so small. Everything else overshadowed it from all the flowers I received. If that could be addressed, it would be so nice if you could let me know what is being done to handle this situation. Your competition is definitely the supermarkets and stores where people can pick up flowers for way cheaper and saving the $14.99 shipping cost, so I think that’s a marketing problem to be more competitive where people are picking up flowers every day from supermarkets however I do appreciate the coupon rebate certificates normally is $12.99 just about my deliveries.That’s all I have for now and I hope you can see the value in my comments and suggestions. This is my second order. No problem ordering. On my first order I wanted to change the message on my card and called within 2 hours. I received an automated response saying unable to do so because it had already shipped. That doesn't make sense since I scheduled the delivery a week out.
