What I ordered and what was delivered to my recipient didn't look anything alike. The vase was the wrong color, there were fewer flowers than shown and the color pallet was different, which ruined everything since it was supposed to be a Lavendar weekend, and the Lavish Lavendar Bouquet wasn't. Even the Purple Glass vase was replaced by cheap clear glass that looks like it was a Dollar Tree find. The solution? Instead of resending what I ordered, they refunded 30 percent without my consent and they consider it "handled." Believe me, it is not. I will leave reviews of this disappointment everywhere I can to spare others from experiencing it.

Driver could not provide an extra nutrient packet for fresh water to keep flowers fresh longer and a 2nd driver stopped to provide the packet. Keep those on the truck and provide as requested or just part of the delivery. Great service. I ordered the best arrangement for my 25th anniversary and received what appeared to be the lower priced arrangement. My wife was happy with the delivered arrangement but agreed that it looked like the lower end arrangement. A refund was applied to my order.

I had a discount code from Tickets At Work for 25% off. Code-TAW1 but the site automatically put in a different discount for 20% off and I was unable to change it. Also there was an option for before 12pm delivery that didn’t work for my time frame. The other option during normal business hours but that is a fairly large window. It would be nice to get an estimated time for delivery.
