I placed this order on Thursday to be delivered on Saturday to a home-going service. I received a call from a florist stating that I'll be there by 1pm, fine since the service starts at 2pm. 24 hours after the delivery time I received an email stating it wasn't delivered. I reached out to customer service who offered me a refund no apology or explanation. I requested to speak to a manager, which I had to ask several times. Once over to the manager, who then apologized but offered a refund and stated that out of 7 florists in the area no one was able to fulfill my order. I then asked when someone was going to notify me. No reply then offered to send to the family home address. Well, I didn't know the address. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told no, they are the supervisor. I explained you have someone you report to let me speak to them thank you. I was then told they are going to tell you the same thing. After going back and forth I was eventually transferred to an escalation manager, who offered to send the arrangements to me. I agreed since I was seeing the family on Thursday. Monday I received a call from the driver who is at my job stating that he has a delivery for me. I explained to him that this is scheduled to be delivered on Thursday. Now it’s finally Thursday the arrangements were delivered and looked like something my 4-year-old daughter could’ve done. I am highly disappointed with the entire experience. This is a hard NO for me.
