All was easy to find and check out. However, I order the same perforated bags to store the dog food I make.

The parts web site is confusing. There are no party numbers no filter for what model the part will fit. My Foodsaver Professional has an upper and lower gasket and yet there is only an item called "upper gasket assembly". It's the only gasket shaped like my gasket so I hope it's correct.

I got my FoodSaver appliance at least 25 years ago and it still works very well. Over these many years I've been purchasing my bags from your website and sometimes Walmart.com. I've used your website many times over all of these years for bag purchases. They are the best food freezer bags ever.

I picked up the FoodSaver Mini based on reviews and it's living up to it's reputation. The charging station is a much nicer experience than sitting on a counter with a trailing USB cable, and the indicator light is bright and easy to see. Vacuum operation is very easy and worked on all my bags, both FoodSaver and other brand bags. I also appreciate that it has an automatic off sensing, so it won't burn out the unit by too much running. I let it cool down 20 seconds between uses to be sure that it lasts a long time. I buy food in bulk to save money, but it can easily spoil / mold before I can use it all. I found that sealing the package after each use greatly prolongs the life of the food, and in fact I don't waste a bit of it, truly a Food Saver. Best yet, it cost less directly from the FoodSaver site, making it a much better value.

The interaction is very poor. There is something wrong with this website. It took me an hour to complete my order because the screen keeps jumping as if there was a virus or something affecting the whole system. It needs to be fixed immediately before several of your customers start complaining of the situation. It will continue to be difficult to place orders online. Please fix it asap!!!!

I ordered just the game bags this time because the last two orders with the box of 8 inch and 11 inch rolls were not satisfactory at all. It was purchased far enough back that I couldn’t return them, but I’d only use a roll here and there, but as I went through the large boxes of rolls about every third roll would not seal, no matter the size. I even tried in some other vacuum appliance. As well as trying different bags in the one I normally use. I called and complained, but it was too late to return or do anything about it but because of that I only ordered game bags which you’re very expensive to be using for ordinary storage. I really had to think about whether I even wanted to order these game rolls. I’ve just opened the first roll and so far so good so we’ll see.
