I would like the descriptions of the items to be more "descriptive?" My purchase before this one I thought I was ordering regular rolls but I got some that were expandable...like to hold a full chicken, etc. I used them but was very much more observant when ordering this time. Really had to check the name of the items before I put in my basket.

I recently took advantage of the FoodSaver's BOGO sale on bags; they're pricey, but worth it in the long run. I've tried generic bags from Amazon, but they're "not quite right." I wish you could purchase any 4 items and get a BOGO price; if FoodSaver allowed that, I'd buy one 3-pack box of 8" customizable bags, one 3-pack box of 11" customizable bags, one box of Qt. zipper bags, one box of Gallon zipper bags. Heck, if FoodSaver made a zipper bag similar to the "11" x 16' Expandable Roll" (Model#: 2159418), I'd buy that for sure! A 1-1/2gal. - 2gal. size bag would be great for storing bulk items like flour/pancake mix/sugar, etc.

I needed to order a box of 3 rolls of 11 in. Heat Seal rools for food storage. When checking out I was offered a 25% off coupon for the items I purchased. I bought 4 boxes at $44+ per box, but got 2 for free. so my bill was $95 with taxes. No 25% off coupon was available for my purchase they said.

Your site blocks certain shipping addresses. I had to track down someone else in order to buy these bags from your site. You once sent me a complimentary package to the address I want to use, but when I try to use that address, the shipment is blocked. Contacting customer service is useless as they try to tell me the problem is with my credit card. It is not. It is your website blocking a legitimate address. I finally received that in writing today from customer service, the first time in 3 years you have admitted your site is a failure. They weren't any help, mind you, just told me my address was not compatible with their website, despite it being compatible with US Postal Service, UPS, Amazon, FedEX, and anyone in the business of delivering packages.
