I had trouble with it not accepting my payment method of my debit card at first said my address or something may not be the same on file with my bank. I then tried my PayPal and it had trouble and an error with that so I went back and tried my debit card just the same as I did at first and it went thru.

I ordered some Cheyenne menthol cigarettes. The first mailing notice mentioned that a POB address was unacceptable. I had written in the commits that we didn't have home delivery and that if you didn't show the P. O. Box, they would return the package, so I sent an email and reminded you that both addresses must be shown on the package so that the package was delivered using both addresses by the carriers. You guys did it right and package came in on time. Thank you.

After my previous order was delayed for a couple of weeks with no explanation and no response from customer service, I didn't know what to expect this time around. Fortunately, this order was shipped in a timely manner, and I have no complaints. I hope that this is the kind of service I can expect in the future. The site is very well done! I had a problem with PayPal, but it was my fault. Hence, I just switched the payment to my bank card. Then it became easy, except I did not remember the exact amount with shipping, and included a ~ and $ sign which the prompt advised me to promptly correct. I'm traveling in Texas and also distracted!
