The website appears to be neglected. It is June, and there are still banners for Black Friday and End-of-Year promotions on the home page. It is hard to know for sure whether products are actually in stock or not. My last order took an unusually long time to ship. I checked the website to find out why, and I discovered that the product that I had ordered was listed as "out of stock", but a bundle of five units was listed as "in stock" and could still be added to my cart. I opened a customer support ticket to ask when I could expect my order to be shipped, but I received no reply, and the customer support ticket was closed. Fortunately, I eventually did receive my order, but I felt like they didn't care about my order (or me as a customer). Having said this, you might be wondering why I ordered from this website again. The harsh reality is that this is one of the only websites that sells the product that I'm looking for, so I have little choice.

The first attempt at creating an account I thought I started out with a password that I seemed to have forgotten. So I tried to correct it and failed. So I gave up for a few days. Then just created the whole thing all over again and it seemed to work.

It’s the ONLY place to buy Villager Minis. But It is too hard to find hand rolled cigars. I buy machine made ones all the time but I want to be able to look at ALL the hand rolled ones and some of them are in weird places (like bundles) on the site.
