Site is easy to navigate, payment process was good. Pictures of products could be better. I brought the elder with the ear covers. I didn't see that the covers wrap all the way around back of hat until I zoomed in. Picture makes it look like two ear lobe covers.

I ordered a natural colored straw hat. I checked the brand and made sure it was the same as an old one I love. Looked the same online. The new one was coated with plastic. It actually will bounce off the countertop! I have an elongated head. This will not even conform before extreme pain. I cannot imagine anyone enjoying this helmet. I understand shipping is a big deal. I did all I could from a buyer's perspective to order what I wanted. Lack of product detail is on your end.

It is difficult buying something you can't try on. I compared hats from various sellers. This one was the height I was looking for and the brim was less than 3 inches. The color is one i did not have and the weight was perfect. The price was in line with other vendors so all i had to do was order it. Shipping was quick and the packing was great. I will buy again soon.

The hat arrived on time and intact, nice hat -however it was misshaped and I have not been able to get it shaped like I want- I can't return as I cut the lanyard off the hat as I didn't care for it. I keep working the wire in the rim trying to get the correct shape, but it still appears crooked- I would not recommend or buy again.

I purchased a fedora I liked but selected to wrong color. I notified fedora.com and arranged for an exchange for the vanilla much lighter version of the original. Fedora.com sent a return authorized exchange. I sent the 1st hat back and I'm wanting on the exchange replacement.
