I have not received my order although USPS says it was delivered. There were no expedited shipping options and I could not take my new hat on my travels.

I purchased a fedora I liked but selected to wrong color. I notified fedora.com and arranged for an exchange for the vanilla much lighter version of the original. Fedora.com sent a return authorized exchange. I sent the 1st hat back and I'm wanting on the exchange replacement. I would highly recommend fedora.com to anyone looking to purchase a quality fedora for themselves.

So I actually ordered the Corelone Godfather Homburg hat from Comtempo out of Bridgeport Ct And that advertisement STILL is a lie Its NOT a gray hat by any means Its a dark chocolate So its being sent back Thos was my birthday gift to myself And they crapped on me stating its gray like im f-ing color blind So again trying to find the Michael Corelone Godfather hat I came across your site and saw you had it Only you wanted me to answer your survey before actually taking a look and seeing your site but ok I ordered the GRAY which I hope im not returning 2 hats now cuz f ir Ill spend the 400 if thats the case But you did offer a special gift if im so lucky to be picked so fingers crossed And for the site everything seemed to be up front and clear The fact that you made it easy and gave easy options as for paying I deeply appreciated So we will see Thank you guys

I received a fedora but too small. I contacted staff that I preferred to return it and credit to a Stella. They sent the return label and moving to satisfaction. staff was very on point to level set my request..

It seems to me that different makers may size their hats in slightly different ways. This is not necessarily of great concern if the vendor -- fedoras.com -- will accept returns and exchanges. Excellent!

Nothing against fedoras.com, but my first hat from them was a Kangol hat I received as a gift. I hate Kangol hats. I was looking for a specific color hat and only found 1 that matched. It was a Kangol. I knew better, but ordered it anyway. It is typical Kangol. Bad stitching, bad form, needs to be worked on to wear it, but not worth it since you can't hide the horrible stitching. Like I said, nothing against fedoras.com. I should have known better than to order a hat I was sure to hate.

Selection of styles was very good. Prices were reasonable. Quality of product was great. Delivery of purchased items were on time with one exception which was one day late and likely weather-related. Not a big deal.
