The only issue was that the hat I received was labeled oval shape. I have a round head and thought unless specified that was standard. I utilized the foam strips to correct issue. I have never had to do that before when purchasing a Stetson.

I would recommend, my only complaint is in your survey under education technical school or education is not listed. I served an apprenticeship and had a very lucrative career. At times earning more than $150,000 a year!

I ordered a hat after becoming frustrated trying to buy one from another retailer. I must have measured wrong because my hat arrived a little big, but curative support was and sent out some sizing strips which helped.

The hat I bought I was settling for because I could not find the Bailey hat for which I was looking. The hat I received would have been "okay" if it had fit. My measurement with other hats is 60. This hat is loose on my head and I am actually in need of a haircut. If I cut my hair and don this hat it will nearly rest on my ears. Not happy with the product at all...please advise.

Site is easy to navigate, payment process was good. Pictures of products could be better. I brought the elder with the ear covers. I didn't see that the covers wrap all the way around back of hat until I zoomed in. Picture makes it look like two ear lobe covers.

found exactly the hat I was looking for, a replacement for a much beloved one. BUT was hoping to find a straw Homburg with the smallish crown of 3 inches. The taller five inches one is not my style.

Site is easy to navigate, payment process was good. Pictures of products could be better. I brought the elder with the ear covers. I didn't see that the covers wrap all the way around back of hat until I zoomed in. Picture makes it look like two ear lobe covers.
