I've been a customer for years & love Fahrney's, but today was the most frustrating experience I've ever had with the website. In my opinion, the new website is not ready for primetime--80% of items seemed to be out of stock, and far two many parts of the site were still under construction..

My order arrived when they said it would. Everything was there and we are happy with our purchase. Something you may want to look into is we purchased two bottles of ink. The cap loosened a bit and we had a small leak from the ink. Not sure what could be done to prevent this. Luckily we caught it and was able to clean the bottles off and tighten the lid. The bonus gifts were a pleasant surprise and we loved them. Thank you.

I must say price is king, the fact that the advertise price is the one you end up paying is the best thing ever. That is extremely unusual for US retailers. I was hesitant because the website is not as pretty as Goulet pens, but the company delivered and I will be happy to be a regular customer from now on.
