I needed the Eureka battery operated vacuum basket where dirt goes in because the latch to close the trap opens automatically and dirt falls on the floor. I don’t think the one I received will work.

I was excited to see the exact replacement part I needed for my rainbow vacuum. However, I was sent the wrong part and not the one I ordered. Pictures and descriptions were emailed to customer support but they have only argued that the correct part was sent and have not offered to help. I’ve sent multiple messages with pictures, descriptions and links that prove the wrong part was sent but they continue to stand by their shipment. They are very slow to respond and it is a different person each time. Has turned into a complete waste of time and I’m afraid I’ll just be out the money as they’ve done nothing to help.

I was surprised to find parts available for such an old vacuum, and the part pictured was identical to my old part. Tracking was a little funky, it took a long time to ship, and the status on the shipping was only accurate on delivery day. The part was NOT as pictured, different color, different shape, for a newer model of vacuum cleaner, probably. However, it fits and works well, so I am happy with it.

Purchased replacement parts for my vacuum. Told me they were the right parts. Parts DO NOT FIT. Customer Service explained since they were the correct part it would be a regular return. Completely ignoring the fact the don't fit. Then explained how they could help me make them fit; voiding my ability to return. Will tell my friends steer clear of this site.

I was very satisfied with the product I purchased from EZVacuum and the part number was a perfect fit. However, I thought the shipping process could have been better. It seemed that it showed shipped for several days (even more than a week), but the shipper information only showed that a label was created.
