Three different venders including EZ vacuum all delivered the wrong part for our 7000 Simplicity vacuume . I used the number on the old belt SB7, but the replacement part number included /something else.

After not being able to find a vacuum repair shop nearby, I decided to see if I could order the part needed and repair the vacuum myself. Although it took me some time I was able to replace the broken belt myself.

I have been trying to find replacement bags for my Oreck vacuum cleaner for at least 6 months after the dealer in my area closed. I contacted the Company directly to get some bags and was advised that they no longer make my model vacuum and they don’t sell the replacement bags. So I went on a “hunt” to find the bags I needed. Imagine how pleased I was to find your website AND the bags I needed. I placed an order for exactly what I needed, they shipped and arrived in a timely fashion and I’ve been vacuuming ever since. Thanks so much. Needless to say I’m very disappointed with Oreck’s service.

I found the bags that were supposed to fit my Bissell vacuum but when I opened the bag and tryed to put vacuum bag onto machine i saw it was to small opening,by about 1/4 inch,now I want a refund.

Needed to replace the cracked hose in my Dyson. The delivery took a long time (thanks to USPS), but the hose fits perfectly. Glad to replace the part and keep using the vacuum that’s already 12+ years old but works great.

Everything works for my vacuum except for the bottle that you put water in. It doesn’t fit my equipment. I just needed the cap to replace my original bottle that came with the vacuum. I have no plans to return it since I used the cap off of the bottle. My equipment works perfect now.

Website says genuine dyson filter on the round post motor filter. This is a knockoff. No wrapping to see the brand. Not painted with the white arrow. Pleats are not same quantity. No dysaon p/n on part. Didn't fit tight. I don't know if this is a quality aftermarket or the 3 dollar chinese special from Amazon. Don't advertise genuine parts if that's not what you send. Some customers have oriental parts to compare to and can spot fakes.

I found the bags that were supposed to fit my Bissell vacuum but when I opened the bag and tryed to put vacuum bag onto machine i saw it was to small opening,by about 1/4 inch,now I want a refund.

Needed to replace the cracked hose in my Dyson. The delivery took a long time (thanks to USPS), but the hose fits perfectly. Glad to replace the part and keep using the vacuum that’s already 12+ years old but works great.

Everything works for my vacuum except for the bottle that you put water in. It doesn’t fit my equipment. I just needed the cap to replace my original bottle that came with the vacuum. I have no plans to return it since I used the cap off of the bottle. My equipment works perfect now.

Website says genuine dyson filter on the round post motor filter. This is a knockoff. No wrapping to see the brand. Not painted with the white arrow. Pleats are not same quantity. No dysaon p/n on part. Didn't fit tight. I don't know if this is a quality aftermarket or the 3 dollar chinese special from Amazon. Don't advertise genuine parts if that's not what you send. Some customers have oriental parts to compare to and can spot fakes.
