I did not receive the right bag for my vacuum cleaner. I sent an email with a picture of the bag I received and the bag I need to support@ezvacuum.com. I have not received a response. I am reluctant to return and re-order, not knowing that I will get the right bag. I have ordered before and gotten the right one. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone or receive a response to my email.

I found the part I needed using the diagram of my make and model of vacuum. Ordered and received it within a week. My husband put it on. The process was easy. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I went back to your website to order replacement brushes for my roller and you didn't have any. I had to go through a different company, but I did want to use EZvacuum because I had a good experience.

The replacement motor I ordered was almost exactly the same as the 25 year old motor I replaced. Had to add a little wire to the new motor to reach each of the connection points (2). I would definitely recommend EZVacuum, easy site to navigate and make my purchase.

I purchased 2655225000 for my royal upright vacuum. The picture and the description showed metal ends and a high quality product. I received plastic ends and when I pulled the brush out of the bag it fell apart. The cap fell on the floor and the bearing rolled across the floor. Yhe product was completely misrepresented.

I am very disappointed that I did NOT receive the genuine Fuller Brush Company vacuum bags I Ordered. The box in my order looks EXACT LIKE THE BOX I HAVE from my when I bought my vacuum - but the bags from you came in plastic zip lock bags and are NOT like my original bags and they barely fit in my vacuum. Very Disappointing!!!

The replacement motor I ordered was almost exactly the same as the 25 year old motor I replaced. Had to add a little wire to the new motor to reach each of the connection points (2). I would definitely recommend EZVacuum, easy site to navigate and make my purchase.

I purchased 2655225000 for my royal upright vacuum. The picture and the description showed metal ends and a high quality product. I received plastic ends and when I pulled the brush out of the bag it fell apart. The cap fell on the floor and the bearing rolled across the floor. Yhe product was completely misrepresented.

I am very disappointed that I did NOT receive the genuine Fuller Brush Company vacuum bags I Ordered. The box in my order looks EXACT LIKE THE BOX I HAVE from my when I bought my vacuum - but the bags from you came in plastic zip lock bags and are NOT like my original bags and they barely fit in my vacuum. Very Disappointing!!!

I was not happy that it took almost 2 weeks to get my vacuum parts. That is way to long you use shop for tracking packages. I won't down load another app. I'm very cautious at what I down load!! The products are awesome and I would give them another try to see if shipping would be better
