The replacement motor I ordered was almost exactly the same as the 25 year old motor I replaced. Had to add a little wire to the new motor to reach each of the connection points (2). I would definitely recommend EZVacuum, easy site to navigate and make my purchase.

I purchased 2655225000 for my royal upright vacuum. The picture and the description showed metal ends and a high quality product. I received plastic ends and when I pulled the brush out of the bag it fell apart. The cap fell on the floor and the bearing rolled across the floor. Yhe product was completely misrepresented.

I am very disappointed that I did NOT receive the genuine Fuller Brush Company vacuum bags I Ordered. The box in my order looks EXACT LIKE THE BOX I HAVE from my when I bought my vacuum - but the bags from you came in plastic zip lock bags and are NOT like my original bags and they barely fit in my vacuum. Very Disappointing!!!

I was not happy that it took almost 2 weeks to get my vacuum parts. That is way to long you use shop for tracking packages. I won't down load another app. I'm very cautious at what I down load!! The products are awesome and I would give them another try to see if shipping would be better

I was very impressed with the customer service I received regarding my order. I placed an order for a belt then located two belts in my own home! I emailed the company asking if my order could be cancelled and received an answer with solutions within a few hours. Then by end of day, received another emailing stating, they were able to cancel my order, and a refund was in the process. I felt the customer service was exceptional, and I will use this company in the future.

I needed a hose for my old Kirby vacuum, and wasn't sure if I could find one that was compatible. Thankfully, EZvacuum had exactly what I needed. It was a bit pricey, but cheaper than buying a whole new vacuum, and our old Kirby is still more powerful than the other vacuum we had. So this was all we needed! The hose fits perfectly and works yreat--we expect to have it for many years!

I have a commercial cleaning business .I order the wiring switch for my sanitaire vacuum cleaner(3) and the first time i was sent 3 black buttons. I called and the person that I talked with wasn't very professional and interested and resolving the issue . they sent me a replacement order and I was resent the black buttons again. I called again and I was told that I had another order coming and when i received it ,it was a single green ground wire not the wiring switch . I then took a picture ofthe wiring that I needed and I finally got what I ordered.
