I needed a hose for my old Kirby vacuum, and wasn't sure if I could find one that was compatible. Thankfully, EZvacuum had exactly what I needed. It was a bit pricey, but cheaper than buying a whole new vacuum, and our old Kirby is still more powerful than the other vacuum we had. So this was all we needed! The hose fits perfectly and works yreat--we expect to have it for many years!

I have a commercial cleaning business .I order the wiring switch for my sanitaire vacuum cleaner(3) and the first time i was sent 3 black buttons. I called and the person that I talked with wasn't very professional and interested and resolving the issue . they sent me a replacement order and I was resent the black buttons again. I called again and I was told that I had another order coming and when i received it ,it was a single green ground wire not the wiring switch . I then took a picture ofthe wiring that I needed and I finally got what I ordered.

EZVacuum site listed my exact vacuum model while other sites gave "fits most XL models" Another site listed the dimension of the roller brush as 11.25 x11.25 x11.25 which is a cube and also smaller than what I needed. The only negative was the shipping took longer than promised. I liked that the shipping was free though. It should be noted that EZVacuum had emai!ed me that the shipping label was printed and ready for pickup the same day I ordered it.

I emailed and gave the model #. I ordered the 2hoses and the wand as instructed. Hoses did not fit. I didn’t need the wand if hoses don’t fit. I had to pay 32.00 in shipping to return items and was charged a restocking fee. That doesn’t seem right. I texted called and emailed and got no response. EZ Vacuum needs to make this right!

The online order process was easy. EZVacuum sent a different part than what I ordered. I called multiple times to try to get this resolved. Every call was sent to a recording telling me the fastest way to communicate was by filling out a form on their website. I completed the form. One week later I am still waiting on a reply. This is poor customer service.

My little Riccar R60 Broom Vacuum had lost most of its suction power. But when I removed all the filters the suction was great so I thought perhaps it was just very dirty filters. I decided to replace them with new ones as not all of the filters were washable. I was very happy to find them at a decent price on EZVacuum. As soon as I received them I installed them into my vac and everything was like new again. Yay!

They made it really easy to find the replacement roller for my vacuum. Sent a couple photos of it, they did the research to ID the part. I bought this product because it was a soft horsehair bristle vacuum dust brush. I loved it because it would not damage my painted walls and trim. However, because the horsehair is long on the brush, when I turn on my shop vac, the long horsehair gets sucked into the middle hole and I doesn't pick up all of the dirt and dust on the wood trim etc. If I push down on the brush it just covers up the hole in the middle of the brush even more. I guess the only way to fix that is to trim the horsehair that is closest to the middle so that it's shorter and doesn't get sucked into the hole on the middle of the brush.

Ordered a roller brush for a Bissell push broom model 2484! However the roller brush I received was too short for this model only 8 1/2 in. I need one that is 9 3/4 in. long! As of yet I haven't heard from EZVacuum if they have the correct part for this model!!

I called and the person that I talked with wasn't very professional and interested and resolving the issue . they sent me a replacement order and I was resent the black buttons again. I called again and I was told that I had another order coming and when i received it ,it was a single green ground wire not the wiring switch . I then took a picture ofthe wiring that I needed and I finally got what I ordered.

EZVacuum site listed my exact vacuum model while other sites gave "fits most XL models" Another site listed the dimension of the roller brush as 11.25 x11.25 x11.25 which is a cube and also smaller than what I needed. The only negative was the shipping took longer than promised. I liked that the shipping was free though. It should be noted that EZVacuum had emai!ed me that the shipping label was printed and ready for pickup the same day I ordered it.

I emailed and gave the model #. I ordered the 2hoses and the wand as instructed. Hoses did not fit. I didn’t need the wand if hoses don’t fit. I had to pay 32.00 in shipping to return items and was charged a restocking fee. That doesn’t seem right. I texted called and emailed and got no response. EZ Vacuum needs to make this right!

The online order process was easy. EZVacuum sent a different part than what I ordered. I called multiple times to try to get this resolved. Every call was sent to a recording telling me the fastest way to communicate was by filling out a form on their website. I completed the form. One week later I am still waiting on a reply. This is poor customer service.

My little Riccar R60 Broom Vacuum had lost most of its suction power. But when I removed all the filters the suction was great so I thought perhaps it was just very dirty filters. I decided to replace them with new ones as not all of the filters were washable. I was very happy to find them at a decent price on EZVacuum. As soon as I received them I installed them into my vac and everything was like new again. Yay!

They made it really easy to find the replacement roller for my vacuum. Sent a couple photos of it, they did the research to ID the part. They had it in stock so I was able to order it, and it was a very reasonable price. It was delivered in just a few days. Their customer service was great. Definitely shopping with them again!

I bought this product because it was a soft horsehair bristle vacuum dust brush. I loved it because it would not damage my painted walls and trim. However, because the horsehair is long on the brush, when I turn on my shop vac, the long horsehair gets sucked into the middle hole and I doesn't pick up all of the dirt and dust on the wood trim etc. If I push down on the brush it just covers up the hole in the middle of the brush even more. I guess the only way to fix that is to trim the horsehair that is closest to the middle so that it's shorter and doesn't get sucked into the hole on the middle of the brush.

Ordered a roller brush for a Bissell push broom model 2484! However the roller brush I received was too short for this model only 8 1/2 in. I need one that is 9 3/4 in. long! As of yet I haven't heard from EZVacuum if they have the correct part for this model!!
