It would be nice if the website could dumb down what the routine set up so you can compare the different products available at each stage and select or skip what you need. having to jump and around to the different pages and figure out what order they need to happen was a bit tedious.

Can not get both my loyalty discount and all of the current gift, although i spent more, after my loyalty discount, than the current gift qualification requirement. Not fair. Feeling the loyalty program not that good.

Honestly I used to shop solely at Sephora but the deals and promotions on E.L. are way better and makes it worth shopping directly from the site. Also, being able to see any new products helps choosing something new and different. Love the sample sizes as well.
