I had no issue ordering product for my 90 year old mother however I am very disappointed with Estée Lauder for not replying to 2 attempted contacts. My mom has been wearing Youth Dee for 50+ years. I had hoped that you would acknowledge that kind of loyalty- she is very well known for her signature scent of Youth dew. I would really appreciate hearing back from someone!

Very disappointed with the loyalty program...not a great way to promote product loyalty or to try new products...this year I have had to wait for restocking on futurist hydra rescue 2N1...have had a product received with a cracked lid (was replaced at no charge) and am looking at other loyalty programs (Sephora, SDM) to find a more suitable way to buy essentials as I have some issues with a powdery breaking apart of the current foundation.

I find the website very difficult to navigate. The product page keeps jumping around. As for the products, I like that Estée Lauder offers refills on some of the products. It helps to save on recycling. And the original glass containers are lovely.

Its very easy to find products and to get great descriptions about how to use them and what they do. I like that you also offer gift wrapping ! I get tired sometimes of too many emails but in the end it's good to know when there are promotions. I also like that shipping is free !!! I live outside of the city.
