I have been looking for the right shade of foundation. Went to Sephora and they gave me a shade that I don’t think matches my tone. I have just ordered a compact powder and 6w1 to see if it is more my tone. I will continue until I find the right shade for my complexion.

I would like to see the gift with purchase come back on this website again. The experience now is quite poor. Estée Lauder used to be my favourite brand for skincare, but a big part of my choice was definitely getting a gift with my purchase, an extra something to make me valued as a customer.

The delivery was great—everything arrived smoothly, and the packaging was really nice! However, some of the claims on the website, which were the main reasons I decided to buy this foundation, didn’t match my experience. It isn’t oil-controlling on my skin, and it definitely doesn’t feel hydrating. In fact, my skin starts feeling dry almost immediately after I apply it. Because of that, the foundation doesn’t sit nicely on my skin, and I have to use a lot of moisturizer beforehand. Even then, I can sometimes still see dry patches and small cracks. I will say that it feels lightweight and breathable, which I appreciate. But overall, it doesn’t feel comfortable on my skin or wear the way I expected. For the price I paid, I was hoping for a much better experience.

Hi Estée Lauder Team, I wanted to share some feedback as a repeat customer — this has been my third order in the past two months, and I genuinely love the products. I've also been recommending them enthusiastically to friends and colleagues. Two of my colleagues purchased over $100 worth of products after my recommendation, and I gave a friend dealing with acne a sample of the facewash, which they loved. My friends actually joke that I should be a brand ambassador at this point! One recurring issue I wanted to flag: when I track my orders, the status shows "delivered," to go pick it up from a Stop & Shop location, where the products has still not delivered. This adds an extra step that isn't reflected in the tracking status, and it would be great if this could be clarified or fixed so the delivery status is accurate. I'd also love to try more products from the line, so any recommendations or upcoming offers would be very welcome. Thank you for making products I genuinely enjoy — just wanted to pass along both the praise and the delivery feedback. Best,

Sometimes it is confusing when the email offers something different from what you get. For example, I received an email that said that I could select 3 samples with a purchase over $50, but when I made the purchase I only was allowed to select 2 samples. I am still grateful for the free samples.

I think overall, Estée Lauder has a great website easy to navigate. Personally, I’ve been disappointed in the last two lipstick shades or maybe even the last three lipstick shades for gift with purchase I used to always love the shades chosen, so that’s the only thing I’ve been disappointed in.

This was my life second time purchase from Estée Lauder, and I have to say I was truly impressed. The prices are a little higher than Lancôme, which I had been using for years. However, when I received my order, I immediately understood the difference. The products were beautifully packaged, and even the complimentary gifts were presented with such care. Before I even opened the products, it already felt like I was receiving a special gift to reward myself. That experience made the purchase feel completely worthwhile. After I started using the products, I liked them even more. The quality matched the premium experience from the packaging. The only thing I’m still curious about is the birthday gift program. At Lancôme, I spent over $1,000 every year, but I never actually received a birthday gift because I often forgot to add it to my shopping cart during my birthday month. Even when I intentionally shopped during that month, I still forgot to claim it. Eventually, that disappointing experience became one of the reasons I stopped buying Lancôme products. I hope Estée Lauder’s birthday program is a little easier for customers, because thoughtful details like these really make a difference. They make customers feel appreciated and encourage us to come back.
