Your site is very easy to navigate and all products are very realistically displayed and described in detail as to colors available, how to use and product content. I found the promo code confused for purchase over 150 to qualify for the full size cream. I could the 6 pieces gift but took me awhile to identify that the full size cream was also coming when I spent 150.

I am disappointed that you do not offer the free gift with 15percent off. In this economy you should be trying to keep customers more. Trying to be loyal but way too much competition. Will be looking for less expensive alternatives that offer loyalty better

I did talk to an online representative about replacing a skin care product, which apparently they were going to take care of, and I never did receive it. It was an evening face cleanse product that the packaging was faulty. I was on the phone with her for a half an hour and finally, I thought it was resolved and I've never heard a thing about it since.
