Placed order specifically when there was a free full size Face cleaner. It was sent. Immediately contacted support service twice. Took an inordinate amount of time, a ridiculous number of questions as they had all relevant info on file. I have ordered for several years. I will be purchasing from a local source in the future

Need more refill sizes, 75 ml. You really need to get on this! Have more 75 ml sizes incl. day creams with SPF25. More gift with purchase would be nice (skin care gifts as opposed to make-up). Forget lipsticks, no one wears them anymore. Lip balms with SPF would be better.

When I read reviews and found customers were receiving free boxes of product that I paid full price for...my feelings were hurt since I have not received complete full product for reviews.

It’s not always easy to go from one product to the next. The response is not rapid. When I go from one product in one section to another, the product doesn’t appear. I don’t like shopping online, I liked getting your products in person. I have been doing so for over 30 years, from Holt Renfrew, Ogilvy’s andLa Baie. Thank-you.

I have been a loyal user of Double Wear Foundation for many years and have always loved the product. However, my recent purchase of the new formula in the same shade (2W0) was very disappointing. The new version appears noticeably darker and more dull on my skin, even though it is supposed to be the same shade that I have been using for years. The color match is no longer what I expected, and it has affected my overall experience with the product. I wanted to purchase the original formula in shade 2W0, but I could not find it available online. Returning or exchanging the product has also been frustrating because I would need to find a post office myself and pay for the return shipping, which feels inconvenient and time-consuming. As a result, I had to purchase another shade, 1W0 from the older version, hoping to mix it with the new foundation to achieve a closer match. This means I have spent additional money and time trying to solve a problem that did not exist before the reformulation. I have relied on Double Wear Foundation for many years, and this formula change has created unnecessary inconvenience and uncertainty. I am now spending a significant amount of time dealing with this issue, and I still do not know whether mixing two different shades will produce a satisfactory result. I hope Estée Lauder will consider the feedback from long-time customers who were happy with the original formula and shade consistency.

Nice experience although when I typed a keyword like setting spray...there was no result..I had to go through makeup accessories to find it. Secondly, I had 20% off to use but couldn't get the surprise gift that made me curious to want to buy.. Not nice....Good experience overall.

Told by service person I spoke to she said because I live in Canada they do not pay for returns postage. Cost me $41.00 to return using UPS. Very poor service even if I live in Canada and not US. Very poor customer service.

The website is put together well. I wish we could use two promotions at the same time so people can try the extra surprise package Estee Lauder Offers. I wish there were more gift sets available. I love how smooth my skin is and I no longer have dry skin on my nose that other companies couldn’t fix. The advance night repair has fixed my dry skin problem🩷

I tried to log in but couldn’t and then tried to change my password but didn’t receive an email to do so. So then I tried a different email and it still wouldn’t accept it. Eventually had to purchase as a guest, even though I have purchased from the website in the past.

I liked that I could keep seeing the products I was checking out on the page, which helped me confirm my order and made it easier to make changes if needed. I also appreciated the reminder to choose free samples. One thing that could be improved is that if a sample I selected becomes unavailable, it would be helpful to show “out of stock” instead of having it disappear. Otherwise, it feels a bit confusing because I had already selected it.
